Returns & Shipping
Mikys Store products are built to wear. The last place we want your products is in a closet somewhere, not serving a purpose, so please return anything you’re not happy with.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased within the last two weeks (14 days to be exact).
- Jewelry must be returned with original packaging.
- Personal Care items must be un-opened and in their original packaging.
We accept stuff in new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn for a full refund. Items must be returned with all labels still attached. There’s no restocking fee and shipping fee for all orders within Nairobi. Customers from regions outside Nairobi and international are requested to emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help. Your refund will processed as Instant Store Credit for credit to use online, right away (best way to make an exchange) once we receive the returned product.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items purchased during promotions (sale)
- Free gifts
- Underwear in which the hygienic liner has been removed and/or has been worn.
Temporarily, we are processing exchanges this way: Please return the item, we will credit your account, and please place a new order for the correct item. For any questions, please email us at email@example.com
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your MIKYS STORE account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Shipping And Delivery
Our ships orders within the 47 counties of Kenya are delivered via Runex Courier Services. On occasion we will do the deliveries ourselves! Orders shipped usually arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Your signature may be required for delivery. Because many events may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery to you, even without a signature.
